Non-Vegetarians are finding it hard during lockdown since Non-Veg items are not easily available during the lockdown. Try growing your own green so you can enjoy your product as well. It helps you to get all the nutrients and maintain your weight as well.
Leave Your Bed Alone

One thing sure helps is yoga and meditation under this tremendous pressure of complete lockdown. If you cannot do it for long then 10min of your yoga or meditation will do the magic.
